Public Training Terms and Conditions Before registering or enrolling in iHR Australia’s public training programs, please carefully review these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”). By signing up for any of our public training programs, you (referred to as “you” or “registrant”) agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available on our website. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any updates. By registering for our public training programs, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them. ... Payments Prices listed include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Payment by direct deposit and credit card: Full payment is required at least 7 days before the scheduled training day. Anyone who has not completed payment will not be on the registration list and may not be admitted to the public training. In the case of virtual training, they will not receive their link to the online platform. For registrations made within 3 days of the program being conducted, payment must be made by credit card. ... Nominating another person to attend in your place In cases where you cannot attend the training program, you may nominate another person to attend in your place at no additional cost. Nomination requests must be emailed to publictraining@ihraustralia.com. ... Cancelling your registration 14 days or more before the scheduled training program date: In cases where cancelling requests are made 14 days or more before the scheduled training date, a refund will be provided, less a $75 administration fee. Less than 14 days before the scheduled training date: In cases where cancelling requests are made less than 14 days before the scheduled training date, Cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests must be emailed to publictraining@ihraustralia.com ... Rescheduling your registration 14 days or more before the scheduled training date: In cases where rescheduling requests are made 14 days or more before the scheduled training date, the participant may choose to reschedule to the same program or transfer to another program (within a 12-month period) at no additional cost. Less than 14 days before the scheduled training date: In cases where rescheduling requests are made less than 14 days before the scheduled training date, the participant may choose to reschedule to the same program or transfer to another program (within a 12-month period) and a $200 administration fee will apply. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to publictraining@ihraustralia.com. ... If iHR Australia cancels a training program On occasion, we may need to cancel, modify, reschedule, or postpone our training programs due to unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure events that impact facilitators/speakers or other factors. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of any cancellations, modifications, rescheduling, or postponements by sending an email to the address provided to us by the registrant and posting a notification on the relevant event. In this case, you may request a full refund or rescheduling without an administration fee applicable. We are not responsible for any costs, penalties, or losses resulting from training program cancellations or changes.
