Event description
Contact acknowledges that our space is located on stolen land.
We acknowledge the Gadigal and Wangal people and their enduring custodianship of Bulanaming (Marrickville) and pay our respects to Elders past and present. We honour their thousands of years of care and protection of the land, waters, art, music and culture of this place prior to invasion, and the continuing resistance of First Nations people to the settler-colonial state.
Sovereignty was never ceded. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
Contact offers free entry to all First Nations people, please send us a direct message so we can arrange for your ticket.
