How schools can recycle and fundraise with CDS Vic
Calling all Victorian schools looking to learn how to make the most of Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme (CDS Vic).
Over 250 Victorians schools have registered as donation partners with CDS Vic. That’s over 250 schools recycling and raising funds!
CDS Vic provides Victorians with a 10c refund for every eligible drink container returned, which they can choose to donate. Schools signed up with the program can receive the donated refunds. Schools can also run container collection drives and return collected containers for a refund.
The CDS Vic team will explain how schools can fundraise with CDS Vic and drive fundraising activities to increase donations and recycling.
Attendees will learn about:
- Impact of CDS Vic six months in
- How to register as a ‘donation partner’
- Ways to fundraise with CDS Vic
- Free access to fundraising guides and supporting resources.
