Hello Northern Rivers Dancers!

I'm one year living in the area from outside NY and am looking forward to building a wonderful dance community in the shire.

This class will learn a choreography over the 4 weeks, which may become a performance piece for those interested. (You are encouraged to attend the full 4 weeks, if possible).

Consistent movers as well as those who are new or returning to dance are encouraged to attend.

We will explore expressive, mindful, contemporary modern dance technique that encourages you to deepen your artistic expression while practicing emotion filled, injury free dancing.

We start with a somatic based warmup and build into our choreography.

Dancers are encouraged to work at their own pace and find their authentic connection to music, movement and choreography.
