Event description

A social media strategy is essential for small businesses. It enables targeted audience engagement, builds brand visibility, fosters customer relationships, and can be a cost-effective driver of business growth. An effective strategy will increase your chances of social media success for your business.

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Plan and execute an engaging content strategy, leveraging the potential of user-generated content;
  • Maximise your resources with practical techniques and time-saving strategies; and
  • Monitor and measure the success of your social media efforts, allowing you to adapt and improve.

During the workshop you will create an action plan which will include setting achievable goals and objectives for your social media strategy and identifying the steps to begin implementing this strategy and improving your social media marketing.

This workshop will provide you with the skills and knowledge to craft and execute a strategy to elevate your business's social media presence and contribute to business success.

Your presenter will be: Ben Woodward

Ben is a communications specialist with well over a decade of social media marketing experience for small businesses, corporates, and nonprofit organisations. Combined with a background in photography, video production and graphic design, Ben is also able to advise on content strategy and production.

This workshop is delivered in partnership with the Exmouth Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Please note by continuing the registration process you acknowledge and agree your information will be shared with the Commonwealth Department of the Treasury and the Commonwealth Department of Industry, Science, and Resources for program evaluation and reporting purposes.
