Travel instructions

By car: Novotel Auckland Airport is located at 35 Tom Pearce Drive, Auckland Airport, directly outside the International Terminal. Follow signs for Auckland Airport International Terminal. Airport parking buildings are located within a short walking distance of the hotel. By public transport: - The AirportLink bus runs frequently between Auckland Airport and Puhinui Station, where you can connect to Auckland’s train network. - The Route 38 bus connects the airport with Māngere Town Centre and Onehunga. Both services stop at the international terminal bus stops, which are a short walk to the hotel. From the airport terminals: The hotel is immediately outside the International Terminal and about a 5-minute walk from the Domestic Terminal.

Entry instructions

Enter the Novotel Auckland Airport main entrance, which is located directly outside the International Terminal forecourt. The entrance is step-free with automatic doors and lift access. Take the lift or escalator to the conference and meeting rooms level, following hotel signage for meeting rooms / conference facilities.

After entry instructions

Once inside the hotel: 1. Follow signs to the meeting and events rooms. 2. Proceed to Pataaka 1 Room. 3. Staff or signage will direct you to the correct room.

Hazards

- The venue is located within a busy airport precinct, so traffic and pedestrian activity may be high around the entrance area. - Floors inside the hotel are generally level and carpeted, but may become slippery if wet near entrances during rainy weather. - There may be general background noise from airport activity.

Toilet location

Toilets are located near the conference and meeting room areas on the same level as the event. The venue includes accessible toilets with step-free access. The hotel also has accessible bathrooms with lowered sinks and accessible fixtures available in the building.

Accessible parking

The Novotel Auckland Airport does not have its own dedicated parking building, but parking is available in the Auckland Airport car parks located nearby. These are within a short walking distance of the hotel entrance. Accessible parking spaces are available within the airport car park buildings, with step-free pathways to the hotel entrance.
