Join this 45min webinar lead by SBN’s CEO and Founder, Rachel Brown, and Senior Advisor, Andy Kenworthy, to learn about and contribute to SBN’s submission on the Regulatory Standards Bill.

According to the Government the Regulatory Standards Bill aims to provide relevant members of Parliament oversight and control of law-making and regulation in Aotearoa New Zealand. The bill outlines four ways it would achieve these objectives. You can read more about the bill here – Regulatory Standards Bill.

  • An explanation of the bill

  • Fundamental concerns SBN has with the bill

  • What SBN recommends the bill should include

  • An opportunity for feedback and suggestions to enhance our draft. Please provide feedback via this survey form in advance, or during the session.

This session will inform further development of SBN’s previous submission on the bill. You can read the previous submission here

Public submissions are open until 1:00pm, Monday 23 June 2025. You would be welcome to use SBN’s submission to make some or all of your own submission.
