    Event description

This event is part of MHAW.

In this online workshop, Patrick Dodson will discuss the importance of joy in our relationship with food. We’ll push back against common nutritional discourses that focus on what we should and shouldn’t eat, and instead look at where positive emotions may foster a healthier relationship with food. We’ll discuss the biology, psychology, and social aspects of our relationship with food and end with a discussion about what ingredients make up a joyful meal for you and yours.
