Sat, 29 Nov, 11am - 3pm AEDT

Event description

This event will be fox focused but we will also provide information on the management of feral cats, rabbits and deer.

Aaron Stephens from Bass Coast Landcare Network will speak on all control methods and how an intergraded control strategy can provide the best results.

Dr Alex Maisley will be discussing lyrebird behaviour and vulnerabilities to introduced predators, positive impacts of fox control on lyrebird populations and impacts of feral deer on lyrebird habitat.

Attendees will have the opportunity to borrow SGLN camera traps to use to monitor pest control or see what other native species they have on their property.
