2025 Controlling the Mind, the ego and going beyond Karma - Part Three (MAY)

We move our study now from the workings of the mind to understanding the Ego and Karma. The aim of this series of courses is personal growth and well-being, increased awareness, emotional resilience, and reduction of stress. 

By simply being able to understand what the ego is and then being able to recognise the ego in action, you will be able to step increasingly away from it towards a more Spiritual life, promoting empathy and compassion, while improving all relationships. 

These practices lead to inner peace, a purposeful authentic life.

Do not sign-up for this course if you are not committed to the program and the exercises (plus any homework).

Please allow up to 90mins per session but times may vary from week to week.

Enrolment in this course is for one month only and you will need to re-enrol, if you wish to continue, for the following month. It is envisaged that these group sessions will be ongoing, with the end date unconfirmed. Tickets are sold on a "first come first serve" basis. However, people already in a group, will have priority and will be able to sign up for the following month before places are offered to others.
