Converge Manager Support Info Session

Join Converge on Tuesday 3 June for an information session to discuss the Manager Support service. 

Manager Support is a free, confidential coaching and advisory service for leaders of people, including team leaders, managers and supervisors. Converge offers expert support and advice for managing people and leadership training on self-development and improved personal leadership skills.

Converge can work with you to evaluate, plan and implement goals such as:

• developing self-awareness around leadership and working style
• managing underperforming staff and other difficult staffing issues
• addressing workplace conflict and building successful teams
• developing and implementing strategies to support your staff and their mental health
• change management support
• improving workplace and interpersonal relationships

Come along on Tuesday 3 June from 12pm-12:30pm to hear from our Partnership Manager, Sophie Donaldson, as she discusses the Manager Support service and how it can work for you. The session will be approximately 20 minutes long, with 10 minutes set aside for Q&A.

All staff are welcome, with managers and people leaders particularly encouraged to attend.
