This lively conversation will be moderated by Palisa Anderson, highly regarded food champion, owner of Boon Luck Farm in Tyagerah, a sustainability champion and owner of the Chat Thai restaurant group in Sydney, she brings her wealth of knowledge and food experience to the conversation talking about books. Long time food friends, Belinda & Christine are both bringing along home made cakes and biscuits to serve, along with steaming pots of Tweed produced teas. Food cooked with love that’s evident in every bite, listen in as they share a few tips along the way.
