Palliative Care NSW is honoured to partner with Dementia Australia to present this important lunchtime webinar around Conversations that Count: Advance Care Planning and Dementia. This will be a 30 minute presentation with an opportunity for Q&A.

Deb Sullivan - Dementia Australia
Deb is the Senior Clinical Nurse Consultant for the NSW Nightingale Team and has worked across many areas of health in Australia and the United Kingdom for over 20 years. Deb joined Dementia Australia’s NSW Nightingale Program in 2024; a specialist nurse-led support and palliative care service promoting choice, wellbeing, and forward planning. Deb brings expertise in clinical assessment, care model mapping and fostering therapeutic relationships across stakeholder groups with a passion for person centered health outcomes.
