Cook and Connect is a cooking program for carers and their little ones (ages 4 and under) to explore easy cooking and healthy food through hands-on, fun activities.

Time: Wednesdays 10.15am - 11.15am, excluding school holidays * bookings essential - one child per booking, multiple bookings welcome*

The sessions will explore themes of:

To Market, to Market: Exploring seasonal produce and making healthy snacks
Creative Smoothies: Learn how to make nutritious and delicious smoothies using various fruits, veggies, and dairy alternatives.
Healthy Lunchboxes: Explore some easy, healthy and yummy lunch box and snack ideas
Global Bites: Explore a different cuisine from around the world, getting to know our neighbours through food

What to bring:
