Event description

Cooking may sound exciting for some, and scary for others. No matter where you are in your cooking journey, whether you are learning how to cook with recent vision loss, or wanting to explore how to start cooking, our Occupational Therapists will be there to support you.

This group program runs over 2 hours where you can learn basic cooking skills or improve your current cooking skills to support your independence and safety in the home. Share your recipes and cuisines with each other and find out what meals and baked goods to add to your repertoire. If you joined us last year, there will be new recipes to keep us warm.
