As part of our extended programming from the Crested Butte Wine + Food Festival, we’re bringing an elevated twist to our beloved Cookbook Club! Join us for a special chef-prepared dinner in collaboration with Elk Ave Prime and Cool Food author Thomas Kostigan, bringing the book’s fresh, sustainable, and flavorful recipes to life. Instead of a potluck, this intimate evening offers a beautifully curated dining experience featuring dishes straight from the book, paired with thoughtful conversation about the inspiration and ethos behind it with Thomas Kostigan alongside Mark Easter, author of The Blue Plate: A Food Lover's Guide to Climate Change.
