Sweet mindfulness & creativity! This engaging and interactive experience combines the joy of cookie decorating with the calming practice of mindfulness meditation, creating a unique opportunity for self-expression, relaxation & fun!

Join us as we journey through mindful cookie decorating, using vibrant colours, marbling techniques, decorative pens & paints, letter stamps, and shape cutters to bring your edible artworks to life.

Together, we will explore the art of cookie decoration using fondant icing, learning to roll, shape, and mould the fondant to fit the cookies. Next, using an array of techniques and tools, you'll add intricate details, personalised messages, and captivating designs to your cookies.

During the workshop, participants will:

Create Edible Art: Transform cookies into beautiful works of art using fondant icing, vibrant colours, and a range of decorative elements. Unleash your creativity as you design and decorate each cookie to reflect your unique style.
Practice Mindfulness: Begin the session with relaxation exercises to centre your mind and enhance your focus. This mindful approach will guide you through the decorating process, helping you stay present and fully engaged as creativity flows.

In this hands-on workshop, we'll show you how to decorate cookies using fondant icing. We'll provide you with delicious cookies and a rainbow of icing colours to bring your creations to life. Roll, shape, and mould the fondant to fit your cookies, making them smooth and ready for your artistic touch.

With special pens, paints, stamps, and shape cutters, you can add awesome details, fun messages, and cool designs to your cookies. Let your imagination run wild as you draw patterns, write inspiring words, and make cute shapes. Each cookie will become a unique masterpiece that you can't wait to show off!

But it's not just about making cookies. We'll also learn about mindfulness, which means being fully present and enjoying the moment.
