About the Instructor:
Love, Vella – Ayurveda Healing With Heart is an authentic, nurturing, and empowering Aryuvedic Practitioner who integrates knowledge, intuition, and experience to help individuals achieve a healthful life. With a lifelong passion for cooking, she loves to prepare food, develop new products, and teach about food as a source of healing. She believes our diet is essential to achieving wholeness and cultivating conscious eating is a step everyone can take to improve their health. 

Love, Vella is on a mission to accomplish her soul work, spread knowledge about Ayurvedic healing, and guide others to discover self-love. She advocates for using diet to achieve health and wholeness and engages with her community to promote food equity and sustainable growing practices.

About the Venue:

Parking: Please note that MAP does not have a parking lot, but there is street parking available on Massachusetts Ave. and side streets, on Shields and Brayton. We encourage arriving a little early to secure parking and ensure you are parked on the correct side of the street in accordance with parking regulations.
