Smoothie Time

Please join us at our new location in Waverley House, on the ground of St Andrew's Hospital.

Fruits, nuts and greens are staples in longevity promoting blue zones around the world. Combine them in delicious smoothies to start your day right.

What to Expect:

Join us for a hands-on cooking session from 10 am–12 pm.
Learn to prepare nutrient-dense, healthy, and delicious meals, with guidance from our team.
Each session includes a small tasting of what you’ve cooked.
Group size is limited to 12 participants to keep the session interactive and enjoyable.

What to Bring/Wear:

Comfortable clothing suitable for cooking.
Check any dietary requirements or allergies in advance.

Health & Safety:

Participation is at your own risk; please take care with knives, hot surfaces, and cooking equipment.

Additional Notes:

Arrive a few minutes early to get settled and set up.
Enjoy learning new recipes, cooking techniques, and tasting your creations!
