Cooking with Brenton: Middle Eastern Classics

Join Brenton Pyke from Market Eating House as he takes you on a culinary journey through the cuisine of the Middle East, the flavours of which have heavily influenced our menu at Market since day one. This brand new instalment of our cooking class series will be held in the recently launched event space, The Old Lyric in our purpose-built cooking demonstration space. The new space allows for a much more interactive and hands-on cooking experience that will be followed by a sit-down feast, where you can reap the rewards of your hard work.

The venue is accessible by stairs only and is accessed via the rear laneway off Symmons St.
Each attendee will receive spices and a recipe book to take home. Ticket includes two drinks with lunch as well as recipes and a trio of Spice Collective spices to take home with them. Guests will eat progressively throughout the cooking class as well as the sit-down main course which will total a 3 course lunch.
