The Beaufort Summer Fest, proudly funded by the National Australia Day Council and hosted by the Cyril Callister Foundation, presents - in synergy with the Central Highlands Central Highlands Growers & Producers Hub's "Forage & Feast" - this all in fun and creative live food demonstration workshop for young people. Cat Clarke, a seasoned chef and educator behind the catering company Chef Teacher Cat Clarke, brings her expertise and passion for Australian cuisine to the Beaufort Summer Fest's youth cooking demonstration. With a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and Australian bush foods, students will explore the unique flavors of Australia while preparing iconic dishes with a bush tucker twist!
