Induction cooktops are becoming more popular. Not only are they an important step in reducing your emissions and making the move to an all electric house, they are safe, efficient, and have several advantages over cooking with gas.

Join Open Table who will demonstrate how easy it is to cook nutritious, healthy, low emissions meals on an induction cooktop. Whether you are looking for great induction cooking tips, or just want to get the low down on induction cooking, this in person workshop will bust some myths and provide confidence when making the switch to induction.
