Thrifter is both a permanent market warehouse and a market event that was created as a way for community members to sell their pre-loved clothing. The significant issue of landfill and waste generated by fast fashion is deeply troubling. As the cost of living rises, it is VITAL to take proactive steps towards establishing an environment where our community  can purchase clothing without exacerbating the pressing climate change crisis. Thrifter is an initiative that hopes to bolster the financial well-being of local families by reinvesting money into their wallets!

Stall Hire: $50 (you can share with a friend)

Table Hire: FREE

This fee covers the cost of the hall hire, advertisements and public liability insurance.

This space is available for you to share with a friend - that is just $25 each!


Coolum Civic Centre is a large hall that is 100% indoors. Your space will be approx 2m x 2m. You are welcome to use a chair/s on the day. Please bring your own clothing racks (standard size) to display your items. You will also need your own clothing hangers.
