It’s time to take responsibility for your wellbeing. Simple skills to give attention and re-educate your body-instrument.
This is a workshop* that invites you to dive into a sensory-movement exploration in the safety of your home as we still practice social distancing.
You will learn some principles from the Alexander Technique to find efficiency and confidence in the use of your body.
The practical activities covered in this workshop will help you establish a clear pathway to change habitual patterns of tension in the body and find efficiency of movement in your daily activities.
Allowing time to process the new information is essential to enter into this self-discovery journey.
*this is the first session of an intended weekly class.
What to expect?
In this online group setting, you will learn how to draw attention to the way you use your body-instrument in a process that is simple, active and fun, so you can improve the relationship with balance, breath and poise.

Preparation
- Set up the space to make it feel safe & comfortable for you. 2x2 m2 is preferred but not excluding.
- Make sure you’re device is plugged in or charged fully with a good internet connection.
- Wear comfortable clothes to move in.
