COP 26: Local Actions for Global Impact | QSOCENT
Event description
The 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference, also known as COP26, is scheduled to be held in the city of Glasgow, Scotland between 31 October and 12 November 2021. This is an event that many believe to be the world’s best last chance to get runaway climate change under control.
This year, the conference will focus around 4 key goals:
1. Secure global net zero by mid-century and keep 1.5 degrees within reach
2. Adapt to protect communities and natural habitats
3. Mobilise finance
4. Work together to deliver
Join us as we dive into what each of these global goals mean, and what role we can play as business owners and leaders in Australia and New Zealand.
