Calling all Artists & Creatives of the Central Coast...

We’d love to get together to share & lift each others spirits within our Community. This offering started life as ‘Copa Canciones’ (Songs of Copa), and is quickly evolving to become a meeting place for us all to share what we love - Stories, Poetry, Music, Songs, Movement... or just simply - Your presence.

Whether you offer something to the group, or just simply come to be - Your presence is what makes this so special.

This is a family friendly event - Bring a plate of Vegetarian snacks or refreshments if you wish.

Jodie has had movement practices in her life and in her body for as long as she can remember; growing up dancing contemporary, tap, jazz, ballet and physical culture.

When it comes to the teachings of Yoga, Asana, Breathwork and Meditation, she found herself at the gateway of a spiritual path via tragedy; the sudden death of her father.

This is where her greater inward journey began 15 years ago evolving into such deeper philosophical intrigue, the seeker ignited with expansive curiosity.

Exploring many modalities, teachings, movement methods, rituals, re-wildings and communities, Jodie's personal discoveries and empowerments led her into guiding classes and holding space from a place of experimentalism and play since 2018.

Jodie's passion and creativity shine through in her classes. Expect to enjoy her playful energy! She infuses laughter, joy and curiosity into her teachings, creating a warm and inviting environment which fosters a deep connection to self and with others.
