To acknowledge Mental Health Awareness Month in October we have Psychologist, Grief Counsellor and published author Diana Hutchison joining us for a talk on coping strategies for managing times of grief, loss or stress. Leave with information and resources on how to cope with these stressful times.
Diana is an experienced counsellor with a substantial professional background in psychology. She has experience with counselling people on grief and loss and is in the process of self-publishing a series of books primarily on healing. This series is The Practical Guide Series.
