Coping with Change is a group where new parents can talk openly and honestly about the wide range of feelings that come when a baby joins their lives.

Meet other parents, share experiences… and learn you are not alone.

Join us on the following Mondays, at Ode'imin (603 St. Mary's Road), from 1:00pm till 3:00pm:

- September 29/25

- October 6/25

Registration (for the group of 5 sessions) is required.

· Childcare will be available for children (ages 1-11)

· A healthy snack and bus tokens will also be available

· There is free parking in the front lot at Ode'imin (603 St. Mary's Road)
