About this home

An innovative home heating system combines solar energy with a 100,000-litre tank to provide an efficient, sustainable solution. The tank acts as thermal mass, storing heated water to maintain indoor temperatures with minimal electricity use. Five solar hot water panels, installed below the tank, use gravity to circulate heated water without the need for pumps. Seasonal covers on the panels optimise performance, while double-glazed windows enhance insulation.

You will need to book a ticket for a specific tour time. This is due to capacity restraints set by the homeowner to ensure the safety of all parties on the day. If you do not arrive at this time you will not be able to tour the home. 

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE HOME.

The exact house address will be emailed to you in the days before the event. Suburb and postcode information is displayed on your ticket. 

Renew is a small not for profit organisation that needs to raise money from ticket sales to cover the costs of hosting this event. In some cases the ticket revenue may also be split with the homeowner.
