A Lewis Deep Democracy Monthly Dialogue - Discussing Workplace Bullying
Event description
Wherever we work we are part of interpersonal dynamics, some good, some not so good. Even with the shift to working from home online those dynamics are real and tangible. Workplace bullying continues to be experienced and causes poor relationships, poor health and poor outcomes. So we are hosting a conversation that explores this issue using tools from Lewis Deep Democracy, a method designed to support appropriate team dynamics and difficult conversations.
Come along to a 90 minute online facilitated process focusing on workplace bullying and experience the Lewis Deep Democracy tools. Expect some real, honest, personal reflections to come from your participation.
This online event is suitable for people new to or familiar with Lewis Deep Democracy.
What to expect?
An opportunity to:
- Participate in a facilitated experience
- Connect with other people
- Come to a personal awareness for yourself
This event is hosted by Julie Whitmore and the members of the LDD Australia Team.
Please note this session will be an example of how you can use the tools for personal insights and is not a training session on Lewis Deep Democracy tools. Training is available to teach and unpack how to use the tools in a range of professional and other contexts.
