Join us for an evening of great food, fantastic wine and plenty of fun!
Andrew and Katie, along with Matt and Helen Barbour from Fernbank Wines, will guide you through an interactive degustation evening celebrating great wine, food and the Waipara region. Guests will discover how the same grape variety can pair beautifully with different interpretations of the same food element, creating a unique and delicious tasting experience.
Bubbles and canape on arrival for mingle and chat followed by a seated four delicious courses with carefully paired wines from both Waipara Springs and Fernbank Winery.
