I began as a general trained nurse, which lead me to completing my post graduate diploma in mental Health
and I have a passion of helping others to move into a wellness path.
I have studied many cultures, philosophies, and lover of astrology, the planets and that beautiful Moon.
I have a passion for travelling, Music has always fascinated me, how we respond to it,
how it can make us feel or bring back a memory.

Lover of Jung, how he explored kundalini amongst many areas of psychology, definitely a man far advanced for his timeline.
I completed my Yoga teacher training in 2019, this led me to learn about Kundalini yoga, I am now a qualified Kundalini yoga teacher,
I completed my 9DBreathwork training in 2023 and I am now Qualified Breathwork Master.
Throughout all of my training as a psychiatric nurse and learning various techniques and therapies,
I have never experienced the turnaround in clients in such a short time period that have undergone 9D breathwork.
Clearing blocks and past emotional life experiences that we carry with us, within us and often it is these experiences that
have not been resolved, this often leads to self-sabotage, addictions, poor boundaries and behaviors that often leave us looping and stuck
It is through breathwork and the technology of 9D, many now are living more productive lives, less procrastination, and life just is different, clear
focused and with purpose.
How often DO I NEED TO DO 9D BREATHWORK is a question I am often asked, and it was an area that I have explored in depth from both a personal level to a guide for all journeys.
Through a lot of research, and learning it is my recommendation that attending
4 sessions, consecutively, take a 2 week pause and swap them out for a 9D meditation, or down regulation breathwork session
then a final session to really start your pathway to freedom.
Its up to you after that how you want to attend, continue weekly, once a month or a drop-in session, you decide
as you become the master of your own life.
