Tuning in to teens — 6-Week Parenting Program (Term 1)
📅 Dates: Tuesday 9th Feb - Tuesday 16th March
🕠 Time: 9:30am - 11:30am
📍 Location: Jubilee Community Center
📚 Program: 6 weekly sessions (every Tuesday)
Build stronger connections with your teen.
This practical, evidence-based parenting program is designed for parents and carers of teenagers aged 12–18 years.
Over six interactive sessions, you'll learn how to:
Understand and respond to your teen's emotions
Strengthen your parent-teen relationship
Support your teen through conflict and big feelings
Build your teen's emotional intelligence and resilience
Communicate more effectively during the teenage years
Important Information
Parents are required to attend all six sessions.
Please note childcare is not available for this program.
