AI Unplugged: a tech-free guide to understanding Large Language Models
Event description
Ever wondered how the AI behind your favorite apps really works?
Join us for a free, hands-on workshop where we'll dive into the world of Large Language Models – the technology behind the mind-boggling abilities of ChatGPT, Claude and LLaMA - without actually touching any tech.
We'll start with a simple intro to LLMs, then you'll get to create your own paper-and-pen language model using a children's book. It's a fun way to grasp the basics of AI in a relaxed and interactive setting.
This event is designed for anyone who is looking to better understand and explain AI, particularly if you’re curious about how and when to call on AI tools in your work or studies. You don’t need any technical expertise to join this event.
Why You Should Come:
Unlock the Mystery of AI: Understand the tech that's shaping our future.
Boost Your Skills: Gain knowledge that could be useful in your studies, work or future career.
Meet Like-Minded People: Connect with others who share your curiosity about technology.
