    Event description

ONLINE WRITING WORKSHOP - WRITE FOR YOUR HEART, WRITE FOR THE FUTURE

Write for your heart, Write for the future - this has been the motto for our unique project to document how life has been impacted in Australia since October 7. Feedback from women who have already submitted their essays affirms the power of writing as a tool for working through these confounding times, and the sense of purpose in writing one's story into the historical record together with other women.  As we mark a year since the events of October 7 and reflect on the year that was, we are inviting you to join this writing workshop with Dr Lee Kofman - writer, editor and teacher.

Whether you need help getting started or pushing through some writer's block, this workshop will give you the push you need to put words to paper.

No prior writing experience needed! See below for more information about the project.

    Date/time: SUNDAY 13TH OCTOBER 2024, 6-8pm

Location: Online - link will be sent one day before session

    Cost: $40

**This workshop is being run for Creatives and members of the general community
    **
