AWAKEN is a gentle journey of coming home to the most authentic expression of "who you really are".

In CEREMONY with Sacred Cacao, we open our hearts to allow ourselves to receive the healing that it is needed for our highest good.

In RITUAL we learn how to connect with the Earth Elements and find a deeper connection with Mother Gaia and our own bodies.

In YOGA and BREATH, we work in deep connection with the Earth's energies to alchemise stagnant energy in the body and support the release of what no longer serves us.

After a series of life-changing injuries, Tully experienced a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening that cracked her connection to the Divine wide open.

A philosopher of the human journey towards the highest truth of Unconditional Love, Tully has has studied extensively in a diverse range of wisdom systems including the healing arts, esoteric mystery studies, shamanic journeying and the art of ritual.

With a focus on understanding trauma and how this affects people on an emotional, physical, energetic and quantum level, Tully’s vision is to provide sacred space for supporting people in their healing and transformational process.

Sarah Dunn, the face behind Balanced You, is a qualified yoga teacher based on the Central Coast that teaches both studio and private yoga classes that are focused on combining the breath with movement and meditation.

Having worked many years in the busy corporate world, Sarah is familiar with the impacts of stress and burnout on the body. It was during this time that Sarah found the benefits of yoga in managing her stress levels and bringing her body and mind back into balance.

Sarah teaches a gentle style of Hatha yoga and is a firm believer of meeting you where you are at and suiting yoga to the individual. Her aim is to have you leaving the class floating on air and taking that feeling of balance back into your daily life.
