Event description

  • Introductory kickoff session: July 10, 10-11am EST
  • July 17, 10am-12pm EST
  • July 24, 10am-12pm EST
  • July 31 10am-12pm EST
  • August 7, 10am-12pm EST

This event consists of a mix of synchronous and asynchronous virtual sessions in the following format: four 2-hour in-person virtual sessions, each preceded by 1-hour e learning modules will enable you to understand people’s unique innovation styles, and how to harness them to create powerful, high-performing teams. Through experiential set-pieces, you’ll learn how to apply the Basadur Profile across the business spectrum. Once completed, you’ll be certified to administer it as a training, consulting and coaching device.
