FULL MOON "Beaver MOON" - WED NOV 5: Group Sound Bath -Under Lights!

November is upon us and it's creeping toward the end of the year... can you believe it?!

Maybe you haven't had the chance to realise it because you're so busy rushing around with exams, end of year school / learning deadlines and activities, gearing up for the silly season and let me guess... you're feeling generally tired / stressed / exhausted and plain done with things, am I right??

These times demand quality self-care moments and activities!!

You need to put yourself on your TO-DO list and what better way to physically and energetically relax, release and rewind with a group sound bath under magical lights in Quinns Rocks?! 🌝

Never been to a group sound session before? No problem.

What IS Sound Healing?

Sound Healing has been present in cultures for thousands of years. The benefits of sound and resonance on human cells are scientifically documented (quantum physics) - as much as it is an alternate form of healing and well-being.

Its primary intention is to provide a physical and energetic space in which you can fully surrender and invite calm.

I get you to lie down on a thick mat (provided) with your blanket (and eye masks for additional sensory deprivation, you bring them along) - this time under magical lights outdoors, with the wind on your skin.

After a brief mindful meditation, the sound bath will begin (around 50 mins.)

I use a mix of instruments including crystal and tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, gong, rainmakers and nature sounds. This in turn creates a deep energetic resonance within your physical body as well as your energetic biofield.

Afterwards, you're invited to sip on herbal teas light snacks and pull some oracle cards at your leisure.

The hope is you leave with a deep sense of calm and centeredness .. and your selfcare cup filled.

What to bring: Pillow, blanket, eye mask and an open heart ❤️ 

What’s provided: mats, bolsters; oracle cards and refreshments light snacks

This session is running on the grass under lights so can accommodate 10 people comfortably ✨
