2025 Birds, Bees and Butterflies Urban Walks - Singleton area
Event description
Join Hunter Region Landcare Network for a ramble through parts of Singleton Shire to identify introduced plants. Learn what native plants can replace these to encourage more birds, bees and butterflies into your gardens. Each walk will start at a different location in Singleton Shire. You will be notified of the exact starting place in the confirmation e-mail on the Monday before the walk. The rough locations are provided below. This event is free and supported by Singleton Council, with afternoon tea provided. The guided walk is an easy stroll which will start promptly at 3:30pm. 18th June walk is at Robinson Reserve, Singleton Heights.
2nd July walk starts at Jerrys Plains.
16th July walk starts at Branxton.
30th July walk is at Col Fisher Park, Hunterview, Singleton.
