2025 Birds, Bees and Butterflies Urban Walks - Singleton area

Event description

Join Hunter Region Landcare Network for a ramble through parts of Singleton Shire to identify introduced plants.  Learn what native plants can replace these to encourage more birds, bees and butterflies into your gardens.  Each walk will start at a different location in Singleton Shire.  You will be notified of the exact starting place in the confirmation e-mail on the Monday before the walk.  The rough locations are provided below.  This event is free and supported by Singleton Council, with afternoon tea provided. 7th May walk starts at Jerrys Plains.

21st May walk starts at Branxton.

4th June walk is at Wilkinson Blvd, Hunterview, Singleton.

28th June walk is on the Hunter River (off Darlington road), Singleton.
