Breath is intrinsically connected to our physiology – the way we breathe affects every aspect of our health from our heart rate, to our digestion, cortisol levels, oxygen levels and even our blood flow. A breathworks practice can help you to:

Balances the Autonomic Nervous System: Regular breathwork helps maintain a balanced nervous system, enhancing overall well-being.
Activates your Parasympathetic Nervous System: Breathwork stimulates the "rest and digest" response, counteracting the stress response.
Regulate Heart rate and blood pressure: Controlled breathing lowers heart rate and blood pressure, promoting relaxation.
Reduce cortisol levels: Breathwork decreases the stress hormone cortisol, helping to alleviate anxiety.
Enhances Oxygen Flow: Increased oxygen flow reduces physical tension and promotes calmness.
Promotes Mindfulness: Focusing on breath brings awareness to the present moment, reducing stress and anxiety. Join thousands of people experiencing the benefits of breathwork and let your breath set you free.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK AND CONSCIOUS BREATHING?

Breathwork is an umbrella term describing a wide range of conscious breathing practices which promote awareness, self-regulation and profound personal transformation with the intention of enhancing inner peace, health and wellbeing. Breathing, beyond the basic need for survival, acts as a bridge between spirit, mind, and body; between the conscious and the subconscious. “Breakthrough Breathwork” is one of the quickest ways to open the heart and energise the body.

A Breakthrough Breathwork session can be a transformational experience filled with release in which you can let go of negative feelings and trauma.
