What to Expect:
- Breathwork Session (8:30 AM - 8:45 AM): Begin your morning with a calming 15-minute breathwork session led by renowned breathwork facilitator, Gemma Rose. Learn to harness the power of breath to centre your mind and body.
- Restorative Yoga (8:45 AM - 9:30 AM): Ease into a gentle, 45-minute restorative yoga practice with renowned yoga teacher, Em from Em K Yoga, designed to release tension and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
- Tea Tasting & Mama's Donuts (9:30 AM - 10:00 AM): After yoga, enjoy a selection of fine teas curated by Sawubona, including:
- African Chai: A warm, spicy-sweet blend to awaken your senses.
- Purple Rain Loose Tea: A lively and aromatic tea that energises and uplifts.
- Purple Chocolate: A blend with a rich cacao flavour.
Accompanied by a selection of authentic Mama's Donuts, to sweeten the experience.
Please note: attendees are required to bring their own yoga mats for this event to ensure maximum comfort during the session.
