Your divine journey starts when you snuggle into a beanbag and warm yourself by a crackling fire. Next, you will be guided into a restful and blissful state by Sound Medicine Practitioner Francis Swindells (Didge and Gong specialist) as you journey into self. 

Relaxed and at peace the 432hz and 528hz frequencies of various wonderful instruments will do their magic and clear any blockages you may have and help you release anything that is not serving you which in turn will help you feel amazing... refreshed and revitalized.
