For some children, talking about feelings can be difficult. But what if there was a cast of stony-faced characters who could help them find their voice and explore their feelings in a fun and relaxed way.

Each card has a colourful, illustrated character on the front and three words on the back, making Stones…have feelings too! perfect for supporting children to build a vocabulary around their emotions and body signals.

In this 30-minute FREE online session we will explore:

• how to use the cards to help children build their emotional literacy

• the role of humour as a catalyst for change

• the many situations and settings in which Stones …have feelings too! can be useful

• some simple questions that can get the conversation flowing

• how to create a safe environment for talking about feelings

• feedback and ideas other practitioners have shared with us.
