CIRCLE OF BREATH.  GROUP BREATHWORK - ONLINE

Monthly sessions held last Wednesday of the Month 

11-12.30pm Brisbane time

12-1.30pm Sydney time

10.30am-12pm Darwin time

Access is via zoom. A link to join will be sent to your e-mail a day prior to the event. 



This is a Rebirthing style of Breathwork. 

Expand your consciousness and experience yourself and the world through using Conscious Connected Breathing. 

How can you make yourself anew? 

A gentle, powerful and healing process for individuals to journey using their own breath whilst being held in a safe and intentional space. 

This session creates an opportunity for you to explore and bring awareness to your inner world, shift and change what isn't working for you, to make space for the new to enter.

Consciously connecting your breathing allows you to bypass the conscious mind and access your subconscious cellular memory. The aim for these sessions, with practice, is to relax into your connected breathing rhythm, which changes your busy beta brain wave state into an alpha/theta wave. This is where we find ourselves between worlds. We are conscious yet in an altered  state of awareness. This is where our heart and mind find balance and come into coherence.

Being guided and supported to venture through the unknown to arrive safely on the other side. 

 

Breathwork can benefit people in various ways, such as:

- reducing stress, tension and overwhelm from everyday life

- clear past unprocessed emotions and experiences you maybe re-living or feeling stuck in 

- change limiting beliefs, repetitive negative thoughts and unhelpful habits

- shift your mindset and become aware of how your thoughts are creating your reality 

- find clarity to create life from a place of 'knowing' that is within us all - connect with your intuition

- raise energy levels - your vibration and frequency

- increase self love, awareness and connect deeper to the world around you

- release held trauma, generational patterns and heal ancestral lines

*** expand your consciousness and break free from the mundane. 

SET UP:

Create a nest for yourself, a comfortable place to lay down. Preferably on a mattress on the floor. 

Gather all items that will support you for your breathwork journey.

ie - water, blanket, pen and journal, tissues and anything else you like to have around you. Crystals, cards, flowers etc

Its preference to lay completely flat with no pillow. This is to encourage a more alert state and not induce sleeping.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We will begin with a brief share and connection process. 

Getting clear on Breathwork and how to consciously connect your breathing.

Setting an intention for your Breathwork practice. 

Time for a full cycle of conscious connected breathing - induction, processing and integration.

Opportunity to share and integrate fully before stepping back into life.  

I will offer a variety of experiences, some to music and some silent.. sometimes body movement to begin.. yet mostly starting our practice lying down.

All of this is a choice. I encourage you to listen to your body and your own needs. 

Conscious Connected Breathing is a self responsible process and you have the control to adjust your experience via your breath. 

Always big on the inhale and relaxed on the exhale. If it is your first time to Breathwork you may like to have a chat before, a 1:1 session to learn the technique and ask more questions or simply go gently during the group session. Using the 'chat' option is always there for help and support. 

I love working with people in person yet online can offer us connection and the opportunity to experience this style of breathing together from far and wide. Some of my most profound sessions were actually online.

I encourage you to be open to anything and know you have what it takes to go beyond what you think is possible.  


CONTRAINDICATIONS:

This work can go deep and have profound effects on the body and mind. 

It is suggested to Avoid breathing in this way if any of the following:

Cardiovascular Disease, including Heart Attacks
Severe Hypertension
Epilepsy
Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
Osteoporosis
Recent Surgeries
Recent Physical Injuries
Recent Infectious/Communicable Diseases
Asthma
Psychiatric Hospitalization or Mental Illness (please discuss prior to registering)

Please contact me prior to the event if you have any questions or concerns. Breathing in a group setting means you will be following your own process and connecting with the collective consciousness within the group.
