The City and Country Clubs Council’s Executive Board invites you to the Council’s annual spring

meeting for education, networking with fellow professionals to share problem solving ideas and best

practices. Please find in the pages the following information pertaining to this spring meeting, and

March 9-11, 2025.  The first event will be an evening reception on Sunday near the hotel.  The program will run into the evening of the 11th. 

Travel Note: Since the program will run into the evening of the 11th, you may want to plan to depart on the 12th from Charlotte, NC. 

Program Cost:

Registration Fee: $1,300 which includes education and food and beverage (dinner the first evening, breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday and Tuesday). Transportation to and from the host hotel to the Carmel Country Club.
