Australia is the second biggest consumer of fashion and textiles per capita in the world. Over 200,000 tonnes of clothes end up in landfill each year.
We’re encouraging Councils, Schools and ABC audiences to join in the war on fashion waste by running a clothes swap event as the new season of War On Waste goes to air.
