About Erica | our guest speaker
Erica has a long-lasting love affair with fundraising spanning many years and many Australian states (well, two actually).
She’s held senior fundraising positions with Australian Red Cross (both Tasmania and WA), the Heart Foundation WA, Cancer Council Tasmania and worked as a Content Producer with Parachute Digital.
Erica has been Chair of the Fundraising Institute of Australia committee in Tasmania and loves donor stewardship, strategy, events management, partnerships, direct mail and content creation.
When not creating, writing and trying to build a better world, Erica is a landscape artist and jewellery creator under the nom de plume Kichikoo. She is also busy raising three children, one husband and a pug named Bernard.
Erica’s favourite causes are Mercy Ships Australia, the Bob Brown Foundation and Friends of Franklin Forest.
