Come and Meet with the Shadow Minister for Youth – Chiaka Barry MLA

Join us online for an open community conversation with Chiaka Barry MLA, Shadow Minister for Youth, on Saturday 6th September, 4:00–6:00 PM.

This event is an opportunity for young people, youth workers, educators, and community members to connect directly with Chiaka, share experiences, and discuss the issues that matter most to young Canberrans.

From challenges in education, employment, mental health, and housing, to the importance of youth representation in decision-making, this conversation is about ensuring young voices are heard and acted upon.

Chiaka wants to hear your stories, ideas, and solutions to help shape policies and programs that support the wellbeing, growth, and empowerment of young people across the ACT.
