Compassionate Leadership in a World of Difference: A Personal Leadership Foundations Seminar
Event description
We will get together in a beautiful space at The Biosophical Institute to explore Personal Leadership (PL).
Personal Leadership is a practice of reflective inquiry that enables you to discern your best way forward in the face of difference, uncertainty, and change. It consists of two Principles, six Practices, and a powerful process called the Critical Moment Dialogue®.
This workshop is for YOU if you:
- Work with people who are different from you
- Want to navigate uncomfortable situations with clarity and confidence
- Agree that the difference between knowledge and competence is in practice
In the words of one of our most recent participants (June 2024):
"This retreat is an experience. Be open to meeting yourself and others exactly where they are, and discovering things you didn’t know were there, affirming things that were hidden, and letting go of things that no longer serve. You’ll come out a better person for it, equipped with tools to help you show up as a purposeful, thoughtful & integrated human in a diverse, intercultural world."
Expect to Learn How to:
- Be at your best under stress and pressure
- Act in alignment with your vision
- Make mindful and creative decisions at critical moments
- Navigate ambiguity with grace
- Lead yourself while leading others
- Stay centered as the world is spinning
