Connecting to Country Walk with Uncle Ian Hunter @ Mulgrave Reserve Wetlands
Event description
Join us for a special Connecting to Country evening event with Wurundjeri Elder, Uncle Ian Hunter.
Come along for a cultural bushwalk and talk. We will be exploring Mulgrave Reserve and the diverse, local plants and wildlife along Dandenong Creek and Corhanwarrabul Wetlands.
Meeting at: Mulgrave Reserve, entry from 136 Garnett Rd (meeting at the gravel carpark, pictured with green marker in map below)
Additional notes for the day:
Please dress for the weather (e.g. hat, insect repellent, warm clothes) with sturdy, closed shoes.
Please note: The walking trail will be approximately 1.5 kilometers long and includes sections that may be narrow, uneven, or have limited passing space. We recommend attendees wear appropriate footwear and consider any mobility needs.
